Description: ALAMEDA TOWERS Living Between Nature and Modernity Inspired by modern, organic architecture, Alameda Towers offers a lifestyle that seamlessly integrates functionality, comfort, and nature. The development is designed to balance contemporary design, well-being, and sustainability, creating living spaces that maintain a direct connection with their natural surroundings. The complex will comprise 88 apartments and 10 penthouses featuring terrace gardens, along with covered parking and a wide range of amenities designed to enhance the residents’ everyday experience. At the heart of the development lies Parque Alameda, a landscaped green space spanning more than 4,500 m². Conceived as the central element of the complex, the park will serve as its main gathering place and a defining feature of the overall design. All residences will overlook the park, making views of the landscape an essential part of daily living. The park will feature a cycling track, pedestrian walkways, a swimming pool, and a multipurpose room, complemented by green terraces and barbecue areas on the rooftops of these facilities. The development will also include a gym and a racquetball court located on the rooftop of the commercial area. Alameda Towers aims to redefine the traditional concept of vertical living by creating an environment where architecture and nature coexist in harmony. A place that encourages outdoor living, fosters community, and offers a balance between urban life and personal well-being.
